Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Plaavi, every piece is crafted with care. If your order does not meet expectations, we are pleased to assist you with returns, exchanges, or refunds under the following terms:

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size changes of the same product.
  • Exchange is subject to availability of the requested size.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Delivery for your original order is free, but in case of exchange, the shipping cost for sending the product back will be borne by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

  • If you don’t wish to exchange, you may choose to return the product within 7 days of delivery.
  • Once approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-8 business days after the item is picked up and the product passes quality check.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before the item is shipped.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but can be returned or exchanged as per the policy above.

How to Request for Cancellation, Return or Exchange

  • Log in to your account → Order History → select the order → choose Return, Exchange or Cancel order
  • If you change your mind, you can also cancel your return or exchange request directly from the same section.
